Tunisia – Court rejects request for release of Hattab Ben Othmane

The criminal chamber at the court of the first instance of Tunis rejected to release the former secretary general of the Union of Agents and Employees of Justice, Hattab Ben Othmane, and the former treasurer of the union, and to delay the examination of the case of the complaint filed against them, at a later date.

It should be mentioned that the investigating judge issued two arrest warrants against Hattab Ben Othmane and the former treasurer of the Union of Judicial Agents and Employees for charges related to the activities and management of the union.
