Tunisia-COVID-19 patient attempts to escape by throwing himself from a height of 5 meters

A 67-year-old man infected with coronavirus attempted to escape his room at the COVID-19 unit by throwing himself from a height of 5 meters at Habib Bourguiba Univesity hospital in Medinine.

Speaking to Shems FM, the hospital general director said that the victim sustained a double open fracture at the level of his right leg, indicating that an intervention was carried out by placing a plaster cast on his leg to undergo surgery tonight after the scans.
