Tunisia-COVID-19: Tunisia logs 5 more deaths and 145 infections on Nov.21

5 more COVID-19 deaths and 145 infections were logged on November 22 from 1350 tests, the Health Ministry said.

As such, the caseload hit 716.609 and the death toll 25.354.
