Tunisia-COVID-19:Investigation for non-compliance with the order of priority for vaccination

The  Health Ministry has launched an inquiry following a post by an MP into the non-prioritization of COVID-19 vaccination.

The MP declared a company hostess was vaccinated without being classified as a priority. The first finding of this inquiry indicates that there was no intervention to give it this priority, related Ahlem Gzara, director of basic health at the ministry.

Gzara told the TAP on Wednesday, that verifications are proceeding to find out how the hostess took the vaccine. There is the chance that she has impersonated a medical professional. She confirmed that the computer platform-specific to vaccination registration is not managed by the Ministry of Health.
