Tunisia-CSM decisions annulled by the Administrative Tribunal

Decisions issued by the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM) putting an ending to the missions of some judges appointed to positions of the higher state function were annulled by the Administrative Court.
In a statement on Friday, September 24, 2021, to Mosaïque FM, the spokesperson of the Administrative Tribunal, Imed Ghabri, specified that the halt of the application of the decisions of the CSM issued from the first president of the Administrative Tribunal and this pending the verdict of the trial chamber in charge of the case.
The identity of the judges affected by this annulment of the execution of the CSM’s decisions has not been reported.
