Tunisia-Date of local elections unveiled by the Head of State

The President of the Republic, Kais Saïed, declared on the sidelines of his meeting today with prime minister Nejla Bouden, and her successor, Ahmed Hachani, that the judicial movement will be declared soon.

He also added that the texts of laws relating to the holding of local elections are being drafted, disclosing that the electoral meeting will take place next October or November.

The Head of State also cited a project aimed at reviewing the appointments that have been made over the past 10 years.
