Tunisia – Death of an individual following power cut at the Sidi Bouzid hospital?

Following the dissemination of information relating to the passing of an individual at Sidi Bouzid Hospital, following a power outage, Sidi Bouzid governor brought together the different officials of STEG, the hospital, as well as the city delegates.

At the ending of this meeting, the management of the hospital formally denied the record of any death at the hospital in recent days. Similarly, regional STEG officials confirmed that no power cut affected the hospital in Sidi Bouzid.

The governor of Sidi Bouzid, for his part, disclosed that he had seized the prosecution of this case.
