The director general of the Center for Economic and Social Studies and Research (Ceres), Moncef Ouannes, died on Wednesday, November 4, 2020.
The deceased was admitted to a military hospital last week after his health deteriorated.
During his lifetime, Moncef Ouannes was a professor of social sciences. He had also published several books, including the famous “The Tunisian Personality” which provides the basic profile of the Tunisian based on a sociological survey.
