Tunisia-Democratic Current: PM Jemli failed to show transparency

Prime Minister-designate Habib Jemli announced at a press conference that his cabinet team was chosen based on the criteria of capability, integrity, independence and management capacity.

However, the Democratic Current seems to disagree with this as Current deputy Mohamed Larbi Jelassi expressed that PM Jemli failed to display transparency in negotiations to form the government.

Jemli submitted a proposed cabinet to President Kais Saied on, but he has not yet publicly announced the names of cabinet ministers. The refusal to disclose detail on the government composition might reflect a  disagreement in appointing names to the ministerial portfolios , added Jelassi in a declaration to Mosaïque FM
