Samir Dilou, member of the defence collective of the vice-president of Ennahdha, Ali Laârayedh, in the case of sending jihadists to conflict zones, confirmed, this Wednesday, that the collective holds documents which show that the file of the case in question includes falsified documents. He pointed out that on the faith of these documents, the collective requested the release of Ali Laârayedh.
Dilou stated that the case file contains false statements emanating from the security authorities who are in contradiction with the border police statements which is the authorized part to testify in such circumstances. He added that the security has concealed the border police document to make false declarations, which is a falsification.
He called the judge in charge of the case to investigate this offence of falsification.
