The Tunis Court of First Instance delivered its ruling on Friday evening in the case of the complaint filed by a vegetable oil plant against former deputy Badreddine Gammoudi.
The court dismissed the case in favour of Gammoudi since the plaintiff company had already been the subject of a court verdict in the case of which Gammoudi accused him, and that it had the subject of an official professional report which confirmed the charges against him.
