Tunisia-Dismissal of presenter Nawel Zorgani: Tunisian Television clarifies

Following the expulsion of TV news anchor Nawel Zorgani, Tunisian Television announced in a statement released yesterday that the establishment treats all its officials fairly, in accordance with current regulations and the code of ethics.

The company maintained the anchor in question was being disciplined in accordance with current procedures, notwithstanding the letter of resignation she deposited. The establishment has indicated that it will prosecute all those who have harmed the image of National Television through the dissemination of fake information on social networks, in order to preserve the working environment in the establishment. in question.

Remark that the presenter’s attorney pointed out that her client wrote a letter of resignation however never presented it. Nawel Zorgani was fired amid a status she posted on her Facebook page when she contracted the virus.
