Tunisia-Dismissed judges: Administrative Court announces decision this week

The Administrative Court is expected to reveal its ruling in the case of the dismissed judges this week, spokesperson Imed Ghabri told Mosaïque FM, he specified that the Court had nearly finalized the examination of the suspension referrals filed by the judges dismissed by the President of the Republic.

If the Administrative Court decides in favour of the judges, the summary proceedings will permit the suspension of the dismissal decision pending the decision of the court on the appeals for annulment.
