A new case of local infection with COVID-19 was reported in Kebili governorate after 24 successive days without infections, local health director in Kebili Jawher Mokni announced.
Speaking to Mosaique FM,Mokni said that the newly recorded case goes back to an elderly woman who didn’t comply and refused mandatory isolation.
She is not manifesting any symptoms,however, she attended a family gathering and transmitted the virus,he affirmed.
He confirmed that the group that had contacted the patient was identified and yesterday it was recorded that she has infected her son.
