Tunisia-Dozens of migrants missing after shipwreck off Tunisia’s coast

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) declared that a ship carrying migrants from Libya capsized off the coast of Tunisia, prompting a rescue operation on Wednesday after a body was discovered and dozens of people were reported missing.

About 75 people were missing and 30 others were saved after the boat sank off Sfax. The boat would have left Zouara, in the north of Libya. The central Mediterranean, which links Libya and the Maghreb countries to Italy or Malta, is the most dangerous migratory route in the world, according to the same source.
