Tunisia-Draft government decree concerning use of drones

The Ministry of Transport and Logistics declared in a press release on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, the evolution of a draft government decree regarding the control of technical conditions linked to the operation of drones inside of Tunisian territory.
This project is part of the monitoring of technological advancements in this field and the impetus for investment possibilities in accordance with the security prerequisites dictated by international conventions ruling civil aviation. The ministry called on professionals, civil society as well as all citizens to take note of this draft government decree, through the National Legislation Portal, and to issue an observation on its provisions on this link. he publication of this draft decree is part of the consecration of transparency and the participatory method in the development of legal texts with the numerous stakeholders in the transport and logistics sector.
