Tunisia-E-presence of banks and KPIs for May 2020: ZITOUNA bank in 1st position on the web

MDWEB, a pioneer in electronic marketing and digital studies, just issued a study on the E-presence of 19 banks in Tunisia for the month of May 2020.

Banks are active on the web and concentrate most of their communications there.

Admittedly, a noticeable part of the digital transformation of banks, communications campaigns are increasingly digital, innovative and oriented on social networks.

According to data from the two tools Alexa and SimilarWeb, Banque ZITOUNA tops the ranking followed by Banque de Tunisie.


 

On Facebook :

Based on the number of fans, BIAT still occupies the 1st place with 1,156,192 fans, followed by ZITOUNA with 1,086,174 fans.

AMEN BANK was the most active during the month of May with 38 publications.

BT was the only bank not to post anything on Facebook in May 2020.

Al Baraka had the best engagement rate at 1.97%, collecting 32,879 interactions. Al Baraka has been more active in posting more posts on this network, going from 10 posts in April to 24 posts in May.

UBCI has the best post (number of reactions, comments and shares).

ZITOUNA has 2 of the 05 best posts of May 2020.

 

 

 

On Youtube :

On the basis of the number of subscribers criterion, ZITOUNA occupies the first position with 3,160 subscribers followed very closely by BH with 3,130 subscribers.

With just one video published, BIAT recorded the highest number of views of videos, 117,151 views.

STB was the most active on Youtube with 9 videos published.

 

On Instagram:

BH ranks first in terms of number of followers (6,298), number of likes and comments (3,502).

The number of publications published, all banks combined, decreased from 47 publications in April to 34 publications. Instagram is still underestimated by banks

The BNA and STB banks were the most published on this network with 9 appearances each.

Despite 4 publications, ZITOUNA gained the most new subscribers in May with 1,562 new subscribers.

 

 

On Twitter :

ZITOUNA ranks first on the basis of number of subscribers (865), followed by ATB (715).
