Politician and former MP Hatem Mliki, affirmed this Saturday that the main result of the last elections, to be taken into account, is the too-low participation of voters. He confirmed that the next deputies will have been elected thanks to the members of their families or their neighbourhoods, for kinship considerations, and not for any agenda. Seen that the constituencies delimited during these elections were too geographically declined.
Mliki added that these elections will have indicated that supporters of Saïed and July 25 do not enjoy the popularity they claim, since many of them have not been elected despite their known Pro Saïed label. He was clearly alluding to Sarhane Nasri and Ahmed Chaftar, members of the “July 25 process” who have been eliminated since the first round!
