Tunisia-Electoral campaign: Court of Auditors demands financial statements

The Court of Accounts called on candidates in the first round of the legislative elections to file their financial statements on the income and expenditures of their electoral campaigns.

The court specified that the deadline for the delivery of the files must not surpass 45 days from the proclamation of the final results of the 1st round of the legislative elections.

The Court likewise called on candidates to file the original documents of the single bank account statement open under the electoral campaign and a detailed list of the payments and income of the candidate, according to the model made available to candidates on the electronic site of the jurisdiction.
