Tunisia-Ennahda to partake in commission of inquiry into suspected conflict of interests of PM Elyes Fakhfakh

Ennahdha MP, Osama Sghaier, announced that his parliamentary bloc will partake in the parliamentary inquiry into suspicions of the conflict of interest linked to prime minister, Elyes Fakhfekh, based on proportional representation.

Sghaier declared, moreover, that the head of government should have presented the legislative initiative relating to the clarification of Article 20 on the Declaration of Earnings and Interest and Combating Illicit Enrichment and Conflicts of Interest, emphasising that the revision that the government will present will not have a retroactive effect.
