Tunisia-Ennahdha congratulates Mechichi , invites him to extend consultations and establish a national rescue program

Ennahdha Movement held an extraordinary session, headed by Rached Ghannouchi, to discuss the latest political developments.

Following this meeting, Ennahdha movement congratulated prime minister-designate Hichem Mechichi on being tasked by the president of the republic to form the new government.

The movement called on the new Designated PM  to expand the circle of consultations with national parties and organizations, to develop a national rescue program and to meet the difficult economic, financial and social challenges.

It further invited on all components of the political scene for calm and dialogue, and to adhere to the approach of consensus and support the elements of national unity and stability.
