Tunisia-Ennahdha expresses support for Moncef Marzouki

Ennahdha movement said it refuses tries to seize the judiciary and expressed its solidarity with former President Moncef Marzouki, who is the subject of an international mandate.

On the other hand, the movement reiterated its support for Moncef Marzouki and denounced the campaign targeting him “because of his positions refusing the coup”, believing that the removal of his diplomatic passport and the mandate to bring him are harmful. to the country’s reputation. Ennahdha further expressed solidarity with the deputies and citizens brought before the military courts,

calling for an end to these methods which are reminiscent of the pre-revolution dictatorship and urging the supporters of democracy to face them. The movement eventually denounced the abuses experienced by deputies and parliamentary assistants “deprived of wages and social security” The party also support the judiciary, at its head of the Superior Council of the Magistracy, in its battle for independence of Justice.
