Tunisia-Ennahdha headquarters fire: Ghannouchi oversees emergency meeting

Ennahdha leader Rached Ghannouchi oversaw an emergency meeting of the executive board today, Friday.
The meeting concentrated on the tragic incident at the movement’s headquarters, which resulted in the demise of activist Sami Essifi and varying degrees of wounded to a number of leaders and workers.
After the meeting, Ghannouchi hailed one of the young men working at a restaurant near Enahdha’s headquarters for the courage and selflessness he showed in rescuing the lives of those trapped inside the building.
