As part of an inquiry to verify the scientific diplomas presented by the applicants for the sergeant competition (National Guard), the units of the National Guard in Cité Ettadhamen managed to seize two fake scientific diplomas. After consultation with the public prosecutor, the two people carrying these two diplomas were charged with forgery and fabrication of a false official document,

According to the press release from the public prosecutor. One of the defendants confessed that he had received this fake diploma against a sum of money worth 250 dinars. The second defendant claimed that he had obtained his diploma from a woman for a sum of money worth 350 dinars.

National Guard units managed in coordination with the Public Prosecutor’s Office to apprehend the woman implicated in this case and seize a fake diploma (belonging to her daughter). The accused acknowledged that she had obtained this fake diploma from a third party (the main accused in this case). Two laptops, a printer, fake stamps and documents (administrative documents, scientific diplomas, work certificates, copies of identity cards, passports, vaccination certificates, university diplomas, baccalaureate diplomas and vocational training diplomas) and 324 narcotic pills were seized on this occasion.
