Tunisia-EU to grant 55 million euros to boost the tourism sector

Under the program “Tunisia, our destination”, Minister of Tourism and Handicrafts René Trabelsi presided over a symposium on approaches to strengthen cultural tourism in Tunisia

During the symposium responsible for the project  Vladimir Boginski  unveiled a package of 55 million euros from the EU to finance the project. He announced that the program strives to promote economic growth in the field of tourism by attempting to provide numerous tourism offers to the Tunisian market.

Further,The program will further seek to broaden the sphere tourism,create new tourist destinations, increase the competitiveness of the industry sector and promote the tourism worth of Tunisian cultural heritage.
