The Chamber of Accusations specialized in terrorist cases at the Court of Appeal of Tunis has decided to delay, until August 31, the examination of the release request of the former mayor of Ezzahra Rayen Hamzaoui (e governorate of Ben Arous ), Mosaique fm reported.
It is recalled that the investigating judge for the fight against terrorism had issued an arrest warrant against Hamzaoui and two retired army executives, in the context of the case of conspiracy against state security and incitement to hatred and terrorist crimes.
