A judicial source confirmed to Tunisie Numérique that it was decided to postpone the trial of businessman and former Minister Mehdi Ben Gharbia, until December 8, 2022, pending results detailed in the case, which were approved by the court.
It is recollected that the investigating judge at the Sousse court of first instance had issued in 2021 a warrant for Ben Gharbia.
He is accused of administrative and financial corruption within two companies specializing in freight.
