Tunisia – Faouzi Mehdi: 335,000 Tunisians registered for vaccination

During his hearing on Monday, February 1, 2021, at the House of People’s Representatives, the Minister of Health, Faouzi Mehdi announced that 335,000 Tunisians registered remotely to be vaccinated.

He likewise confirmed that the first doses of vaccine will be ready in Tunisia as of mid-February – 93,600 doses of the Pfizer-BionTech vaccine will appear in our country, as part of Covax, in mid-February and one million doses of the vaccine British AstraZeneca are expected at the conclusion of the month – he said.
