Tunisia-Fathi Laayouni vs Private Radio: the Court rules in favor of former mayor

Remember that the case dates back to 2019; It all began with a complaint against the Kram municipal council and its president at the time. A private radio station had accused the town hall of having orchestrated a demonstration rally by municipal agents in front of the radio headquarters. Justice ruled in favour of Laayouni, reports private radio.
