Tunisia – fight against the lobbies of plotters at center of a meeting of Saïed with Kamel Feki and DGs of security and national guard

President of the Republic, Kais Saied, met on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, at Carthage Palace, with Kamel Feki, Minister of the Interior, Mourad Saidene, Director General of National Security, and Houcine Gharbi, Director General Commander of the National Guard.

Among the most significant topics that were examined, in addition to the security situation in the country, were the phenomenon of monopoly, the climb in prices and the creation of crises, almost every day, in this or that sector or in this or that region.

The Head of State underlined the necessity to dismantle these networks which, depending on the frequency of events, coordinate with each other and whose goal, today, after their goal of dismantling the State has been foiled, is to ‘inflame social conditions by all means and all methods.

The President of the Republic highlighted that the sacred national duty mandates the cooperation of all efforts aimed at eliminating these criminal networks because they commit acts forbidden by law and cannot escape responsibility and punishment.
