Abdallah Rabhi, former Secretary of State for Hydraulic Resources, assessed that the recent rainfalls are a good indicator, but the purpose of filling the dams has not yet been achieved.
“The filling rate in the dams has not surpassed 23.2%…Until yesterday, the water deficit at the dam was around 80%” according to him.
He again cautioned of drought and called on the authorities to take the required measures, appreciating that the efforts of the Ministry of Agriculture continue.
