Minister of Foreign Affairs, Immigration and Tunisians Abroad Nabil Ammar will be visiting Moscow on September 26 and 27, 2023, at the invitation of his Russian counterpart, Sergei Lavrov.
The visit is part of the desire of the two countries to develop their bilateral cooperation relations. It will likewise provide an opportunity to support African efforts to settle the Russian-Ukrainian conflict within the framework of the African Peace Initiative, as well as to strengthen the efforts of the United Nations and the international community to revive the peace grain export agreement through the Black Sea.
Remark that the Head of Diplomacy will be accompanied during this visit by the Director General of the Cereals Office.
