Tunisia-FM Othman Jerandi receives Algeria Ambassador to Tunisia

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Othman Jerandi welcomed, this Tuesday, December 15, 2020, Algerian ambassador to Tunisia, Mr Azzouz Baalal, at the headquarters of his administration.
During the meeting, Mr Jerandi affirmed that Tunisian-Algerian relationships cannot be impacted by informal positions that do not engage Tunisia in any way, read a statement issued by the Foreign Affairs Department.
The minister, at the same time, conveyed the congratulations of the president of the republic Kais Saïed to his Algerian counterpart, Abdelmajid Tebboune, after his recovery from the coronavirus, emphasising that he wishes to receive him soon in Tunisia, indicates the same source.
