Tunisia-Following road accident, Malek Zahi’s driver in prison

The driver of the Minister of Social Affairs Malek Zahi was apprehended this Tuesday, January 2, 2024, following a fatal road accident, which happened yesterday, while he was transporting the minister and his family.

The prosecution in the governorate of Manouba has decided to incarcerate this driver as reported by Mosaïque FM radio.

The minister and his daughter were seriously wounded in this accident involving another car, the driver of which died instantly.

An inquiry has been opened to look into the circumstances of this accident, it was also confirmed.
