Tunisia-Forced expulsion of Tunisian migrants: Ministry of Foreign Affairs denies the words of Majdi Karbaï

Commenting on the statements of Democratic Current member Majdi Karbaï on the signing of the accords relating to the forced expulsion of Tunisian migrants, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs voiced its surprise at the statements of the parliamentary representative revealing that they are devoid of any foundation. Denying the conclusion of an agreement for the forced repatriation of Tunisians to Europe, the Ministry emphasised that this procedure is carried out in accordance with the law, and bilateral conventions as well as respect for human dignity and human rights. The same source clarified that the protection of Tunisians abroad and the preservation of their dignity is a priority.
