Tunisia-Former prime minister Hamed Karoui passes away

The former prime minister of Tunisia Hamed Karoui passed away aged 92.

Born on 30 December 1927 he served as Prime Minister of Tunisia from 27 September 1989 to 17 November 1999

From 1986 to 1987 he was Minister of Youth and Sports and from 1988 to 1989 he was Minister of Justice. He was a member of the Constitutional Democratic Rally party.
