Four people including one woman were detained over glorifying terrorism, the Interior Ministry announced on Thursday.
They shared posts on social media lauding last Sunday’s terrorist attack in Akouda (Sousse governorate) during which a National Guard officer was killed.
According to the Interior Ministry, the Research and Investigation Units of the National Guard in Enfidha (Sousse) and Jebeniana (Sfax governorate) took legal action against them for “glorifying terrorism.”
Asked on the matter, the Public Prosecutor commanded to place these individuals into custody and take the necessary measures against them.
