Tunisia-French magistrates Syndicate denounces the dissolution of the CSM

In a tweet published yesterday, the Syndicate of French magistrates remarked on the dissolution of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM) by the President of the Republic Kais Saied. “The removal or takeover by the executive of the CSM seriously undermines the rule of law, the principle of the separation of powers and the independence of justice as consecrated in international human rights law. reads the same tweet.
