Tunisia-French prosecution request approval for the extradition of Belhassen Trabelsi

The public prosecution of the court of appeal in Aix-en-Provence, southern France requested the judiciary to issue an approval request for the extradition of the brother-in-law of former president Zine El-Abidine Ben Ali, Belhassen Trabelsi.

The case, however, had to postpone until the last minute until July 8, after the Court realized that the Tunisian state, which requested the extradition, had not been summoned to the hearing.
