The Tunisian Federation of Travel Agencies and Tourism (FTAV) and the Tunisian Hotels Federation (FTH) decided to sue British travel group, Thomas Cook for accumulated debts, stated FTAV president Jemal Atouchi.
He declared that the crises will not deter them from continuing to operate in the tourism sector. He added that judicial proceedings to recover money and debts from bankrupted companies are subjected to complicated procedures.
