The director-general of fuels at the ministry of energy and mines confirmed that the latest raises in oil prices on the international market will, unavoidably, have consequences on the prices of fuel.
He added that the ministry’s latest mark-up was about 2%, and drops short of covering international price increases.
He concluded that fuel prices will experience a new increase in the month of next March, without specifying the percentage of this increase.
