Tunisia – Gafsa: arrest of two individuals who transported illegal migrants to Sfax

The units affiliated with the National Guard district in Gafsa were able to arrest two people suspected of being implicated in human trafficking cases and help illegal migrants through the border in the context of irregular migration.

It was discovered that the two suspects transported African migrants from sub-Saharan countries from the Kasserine in exchange for money to the governorate of Sfax, to assist them in illegally crossing maritime borders.

On the instruction of the public prosecutor, the two suspects were arrested and the required legal measures were taken against them.
