Tunisia-Gafsa: Arrest Warrant against former Managing Director of the Tunisian Company for the Transport of Mining Products

The investigating judge of the Court of First Instance of Gafsa issued an arrest warrant against a former Managing Director of the Tunisian Company for the Transport of Mining Products, a subsidiary of the Compagnie des Phosphates de Gafsa, on the background of suspicions of monetary and administrative corruption.
 
It should be mentioned that the investigating judge of the Court of First Instance of Gafsa had issued prison warrants against 5 people suspected of robbing tires from heavy machinery of the company affiliated with the CPG.
 
Within the framework of an inspection procedure conducted by an auditor, he decided to keep 4 people in a state of freedom in the service of the investigation, among 9 apprehended workers, namely two engineers, two department heads, a storekeeper, an electrician, a site manager, a district manager, a service manager and a managing director.
