Tunisia-Gaza: Second shipment of humanitarian aid sent by Tunisia

After the first batch of humanitarian aid sent by Tunisia to the Palestinian people, a second shipment took off this Monday, November 13 from the Aouina military airport.

This was confirmed today by the spokesperson for the Tunisian Red Crescent, Boutheina Gregba, stressing on Mosaïque FM that this second shipment includes 10,000 ready-to-serve meals, a substantial quantity of medicines, including anaesthetics, medical equipment and wheelchairs.

She added that a Tunisian physician boarded this plane to coordinate with the Egyptian Red Crescent and bring wounded Palestinians back to Tunisia.

The first batch of humanitarian aid was sent by Tunisia to Gaza on October 22. This aid included boxes of infant milk and medical supplies.
