The Sixth Correctional Chamber at the Court of First Instance of Tunis fined Rached Ghannouchi, president of Ennahdha movement,  ten thousand dinars for non-compliance with the law on political advertising.

Ghannouchi’s lawyer clarified that his client has no accountability in the broadcast of an electoral rally he organized on television. It should be mentioned that 19 people are concerned by the investigation carried out by an investigating judge at the Court of First Instance of Tunis and among them five attorneys who ran for president in 2019.
