The Judicial Search Units of the National Guard district in Tunis have arrested an individual following a home search with judicial warrants. The operation resulted in the seizure of a quantity of narcotic pills and a sum of money thought to be from drug sales, as reported by the General Directorate of the National Guard on its Facebook page.
Similarly, the General Directorate of the National Guard revealed that a patrol associated with one of the public security posts in the National Guard district in Fouchana, Ben Arous governorate, successfully detained two people. One of them was under inquiry for “drug trafficking and theft,” and their involvement in the violent theft of a motorcycle was confirmed. During the arrest, law enforcement seized various quantities of cannabis and cigarettes filled with the same drug.
