Tunisia-HAICA fines Attassia TV 10 thousand dinars

The Council of the Independent High Authority for Audiovisual Communication (HAICA) decided following its meeting held on December 13, 2021, to validate the judgment of its president to stop the program “Rendez-vous 9” broadcast on the private channel Attassia TV for one week.
The HAICA even requested the removal of the episode of the same program broadcast on December 10, 2021, from the official website of the channel and from all pages of the channel on social networks.
The council inflicted a fine in the amount of ten thousand dinars against Attassia TV for declining to apply the decision of the president of HAICA.
