The council of the Independent High Authority for Audiovisual Communication (HAICA) inflicted a fine of 20,000 dinars on El Hiwar Ettounsi.
The decision is connected to violations of advertising rules. , HAICA has therefore stressed the absence of a jingle declaring the commencement and conclusion of commercials.
Added to this is the failure to fit the minimum time between advertising and media content set at 15 minutes and the time spent on advertising set at 5 minutes.
