The Independent High Broadcasting Authority (HAICA) imposed a financial fine of 80,000 dinars on Nessma TV for political Advertising.
The channel is promptly accused of political Advertisement for the direct benefit of Nabil Karoui. They are additionally accused of a manipulation campaign against independent nominee Kais Saïed.
According to HAICA, the program “Ness Nessma” broadcasted a photo of Kais Saïed accompanied by the official slogan of the Ennahdha party. The presenter of the show stated Saïed was a nominee of this party.
