Tunisia – Hajji: Power wants to erase history!

The Democratic Current secretary general, Nabil Hajji, condemned, today in a statement to the press, the refusal of what he described as “the existing authority” to mark the 13th anniversary of the revolution of 14 January 2011, in an attempt to erase history.

Nabil Hajji affirmed, during a protest in front of the Municipal Theater of Tunis, organized on the occasion of the commemoration of the revolution by the Coordination of Democratic Forces and the Forum of Democratic Forces, his commitment to the demands of the revolution, in particular freedom of expression, which he accuses the current power of trying to stifle, in his own words.
